Arab Youth Network – CACMR

Arab Youth Network (AYN)

An Initiative Under the Canada Arab Congress on MENA Relations
The Arab Youth Network (AYN) is a structured youth initiative of the Canada Arab Congress dedicated to uniting and empowering MENA university students and young adults across Canada. Built by youth, for what’s next , AYN bridges the gap between potential and access — connecting ambition with real opportunities for leadership, engagement, and growth.
A community designed to connect, empower and elevate Arab youth through real conversations, meaningful relationships, and opportunities that matter

The Problem:

Arab Youth Today are more connected than ever, yet still feel disconnected when it comes to opportunity, mentorship, and belonging

We attend events, exchange names and move on. But real connection, the kind that leads to growth, is still missing.

Our Approach:

We don’t believe in networking for the sake of networking.

We believe in building rooms where people show up for each other. Where conversations turn into collaboration. Where community is something you feel, not just something you join

Membership & Involvement

AYN membership provides youth with access to

AYN also works with organizations, institutions, and businesses that believe youth development is essential — not optional. Partnerships strengthen programming, mentorship, and long-term impact.

Our Engagement Model

Bridging Today’s Leaders with Tomorrow’s
The “Today’s Leaders vs. Tomorrow’s” series brings established leaders and emerging voices into the same room — not for passive listening, but for intentional, interactive dialogue and networking. These forums allow youth to exchange ideas, build professional networks, and engage directly with decision-makers.
Exclusive & Closed-Room Engagement

AYN convenes invitation-only gatherings that connect youth with government officials, policymakers, business leaders, and institutional partners. In these settings, relationships are built through authentic conversation — away from stages and scripts — where trust, mentorship, and growth begin.

Our Structure

National-Scale Vision

AYN is expanding from a regional network into a national initiative with a strategic focus on establishing campus-based chapters as hubs for engagement, hosting annual leadership summits and networking series, convening exclusive roundtables and forums with government and business leaders, and developing mentorship programs alongside structured career growth opportunities. The objective is long-term capacity building and sustained leadership development, not isolated events.
